Third-party content notices
This page records the origin of redistributable content included with Mass Forge. It does not replace the Mass Forge product license or the Unreal Engine license agreement.
Shipped showcase content
The showcase meshes, rigs, animation clips, VAT textures, materials, VFX, textures, maps, UI, and authoring scripts are project-owned content created for Mass Forge. No purchased Marketplace pack is included.
- Arcane Sentinel character, rig, skeletal clips, and VAT bake: original deterministic Blender-authored output for Mass Forge.
- Tower Defense mesh set: original project-owned assets processed and validated by the Blender/Unreal authoring pipeline.
- Tower Defense VFX: original Unreal material and Niagara work created for the example.
- Shared arena ground texture: original project-owned texture imported through the Unreal authoring script.
- Shared materials and procedural crowd fixtures: original project-authored procedural output.
The authoritative file-level receipts, hashes, destinations, and redistribution decisions are maintained in SHOWCASE_ASSET_MANIFEST.yaml and the repository authoring manifests/receipts referenced by that file.
Unreal Engine resources
The examples may reference Unreal Engine basic-shape, default material, font, and runtime/editor resources through /Engine paths. Those resources are not redistributed as extracted source assets by Mass Forge; their use remains governed by the applicable Unreal Engine terms.
Documentation toolchain
The documentation source uses its declared npm dependencies to build the local website and generated PDF. Installed node_modules, browser binaries, and other dependency caches are excluded from the plugin package. Their individual licenses remain available through the npm packages installed from DocumentationSite/package-lock.json.
Verification
Examples/MassForgeShowcases/Scripts/Verify-ArtProvenance.ps1 rejects paid assets, unknown redistribution rights, missing receipts, and unapproved origins. Any future third-party asset must be added to both provenance manifests with its exact license and redistribution evidence before it can enter a release package.
